Position Overview: The Training Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the Sales Training Team, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of training programs and initiatives. This role requires solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex logistics to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.

In this role, the Training Operations Manager will report to the Lead Content & Technology and ensure the efficient execution of training programs, contribute to continuous improvement, playing a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the sales team.

Training Program Management

Conceptualize the Program for Successful GO TO MARKET (GTM): Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events for the sales training team, ensure timely delivery of training materials. -Monitor training calendar and ensure alignment with business needs. - Identify opportunities to streamline training processes and improve efficiency,



Implement best practices and innovative solutions/ processes to enhance training operations, Measure and report the impact of process improvements. - Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations to participants and stakeholders

Logistics Management

Arrange venues, equipment, and materials for training events. - Coordinate travel arrangements for trainers and participants as needed- Ensure seamless logistics to support training delivery.

Resource Management

Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities. - Ensure availability and distribution of training materials to participants - Optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency.

Data Tracking and Reporting, Compliance and Documentation

Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and participant feedback. - Generate regular reports on training activities, participation rates, and effectiveness - Use data
