We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager in Bengaluru for a confidential B2B SaaS company helping businesses manage and grow important customer relationships at scale.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, solve problems, protect renewals, and identify opportunities for expansion.
We’re looking for someone with 3–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a closely related SaaS role who can:
• Own relationships with a portfolio of customers and understand their business goals
• Drive product adoption and help customers realise measurable value
• Identify and address risks before they become churn
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and support teams to resolve customer problems
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities for expansion where appropriate
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Use customer feedback and account data to improve outcomes
Experience managing B2B SaaS customers is important. Experience owning renewals, expansion, retention,
or a commercial account target is a solid advantage.
This is not a first-line support or helpdesk role. We’re looking for someone who has owned customer relationships and been accountable for what happens to those accounts.
The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
