Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Business Development Manager based in Palghar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in IT services and solutions, building and managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.



The Information Technology Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals, prepare presentations, and respond to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client needs and Unovative’s capabilities. The role includes conducting market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and reporting on business development activities and outcomes. The manager will also participate in negotiations, support contract finalization, and represent Unovative at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications
Business development skills including New Business Development and Business Development, with a robust focus on revenue growth and opportunity identification.
Information Technology knowledge, with the ability to understand enterprise solutions, AI, automation, and complex systems at a level needed to engage with clients and internal teams.
