Requirements :
* 2–3 years of experience in Interior Fit-out/Construction
* Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
* Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site workforce
* Valuable communication and leadership skills
* Proficient in reading drawings and handling site documentation
* Willingness to travel to project sites
Key Responsibilities :
* Supervise day-to-day site activities
* Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion
* Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors
* Monitor material usage and site progress
