About the Role:

As a Content Intern(Marathi) at Pratilipi FM, you will craft and curate compelling audio experiences for Marathi audiences. From romance and thrillers to family drama and mythology, you’ll oversee the journey from story idea to final audio production—working with writers, voice artists, and sound designers.

This role calls for passion for Marathi literature, a strong storytelling instinct, and the ability to blend creativity with flawless execution.

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong passion for Marathi storytelling, literature, and culture.

Experience working with audio platforms will be highly preferable.

Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English (both spoken and written).

Robust project management skills—able to coordinate with writers, voice actors, and production teams.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability with a “get things done” attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Support the content team in adapting written stories into audio-friendly scripts.




- Review and proofread Marathi content for language accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Coordinate with writers, voice artists, and production teams during the content creation process.
- Help maintain content calendars, production trackers, and project documentation.
- Listen to and review audio episodes, providing feedback on storytelling, pacing, and overall quality.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure content meets platform standards before release.
- Contribute creative ideas for new shows, episodes, and content formats.
- Handle miscellaneous content and production-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Ideal for Students or fresh graduates with a passion for Marathi storytelling, literature, podcasts, audiobooks, and digital content creation.
