Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and API management in ServiceNow platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
