Level: Hyperion P&E; Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will manage Oracle Cloud FP&A; implementations, working with global teams to translate requirements into deliverables. You will guide junior staff and manage all project phases to deliver solutions on time and with quality.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

Leading Oracle Planning implementation engagements across estimation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, hypercare, and ongoing support
Managing delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including EPBCS, PCMCS, and EPCMCS components such as integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports
Overseeing project governance activities, including risk management, issue resolution, escalation management, and delivery tracking for client engagements
Driving application quality through system testing, user acceptance testing, performance optimization,



troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Collaborating with client stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, and internal leaders while mentoring junior practitioners and supporting sales proposal efforts
