Lifecycle Management: SDDC Manager bundle planning, upgrade orchestration
Operations: Health monitoring, logging, drift remediation, compliance, certificate/password management
Networking & Security: NSX policy design, segmentation, load balancing, VPC architectures
Automation: VCF Automation org design, templates, policies, approvals, IaC pipelines
Governance: Identity and RBAC across vCenter, NSX, VCF Operations, and Automation
Experience required:




15+ years in enterprise infrastructure with 10+ years architecting VMware‑based platforms; deep expertise across vSphere, vSAN, NSX and SDDC Manager lifecycle patterns.
Proven design experience with VCF architecture models (management vs. workload domains, standard vs. consolidated) and fleet/instance/domain concepts.
Hands‑on with VCF Installer (current and converged deployments) and VCF Operations (health, capacity, LCM, certificates, config drift, chargeback).
Strong NSX skills: micro‑segmentation, DFW, routing/LB, VPC integrations inside VCF.
Automation background: VCF Automation tenancy models and self‑service patterns; IaC (Terraform/Aria).
