West Avenue Realty is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in Mumbai.
Location: Mumbai | Project Sites: Juhu & Bandra
Experience: 4+ years in Real Estate / Construction
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate in office construction activities
• Manage labour, subcontractors, vendors and material requirements
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and internal teams
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project specifications
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Monitor daily progress,



labour deployment and material usage
• Identify and resolve site issues and deviations
• Track project schedules, timelines and expenses
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
