ABOUT BRB
BRB is a better-for-you, mass-premium snacking brand built for India's urban, health-aware Gen-Z
consumer. Our Popped Chips — made without frying or baking — anchor the brand, with two sub-brands:
BRB Shortcuts (Peanut Butter Wafers) and BRB NoNo's (Baked Toasties). Distributed across
q-commerce, Amazon, contemporary retail, vending machines, corporates, and HORECA — we are at an
exciting stage of scaling the brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The BRB food truck is a flagship brand experience initiative. As the Marketing Executive Events
(Food Truck), you will own the full event lifecycle — from sourcing and closing events to planning,
executing, and reconciling costs post-activation. This role sits within the marketing team but is deeply
operational at its core.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Event sourcing & closure
Identify, evaluate, and close event opportunities suitable for the food truck. Negotiate terms, manage
permissions, and confirm logistics ahead of each activation.

Pre-event planning
Own all preparation including procurement, inventory, food prep planning, manpower scheduling,



vendor
coordination, and dispatch readiness.

On-ground execution
Be present at every activation to manage operations, manpower, service quality, and customer experience
— ensuring every event is on-brand and seamless.

SOPs & standards
Implement and maintain operating procedures across hygiene, food handling, service, and customer
interaction. Train and guide manpower to deliver consistently.

Logistics & compliance
Coordinate vehicle movement, driver scheduling, route planning, and parking. Maintain working knowledge of relevant licenses, permits, and event access requirements across Delhi NCR.

Post-event closure
Complete reconciliation of stock, wastage, and billing after each activation. Share operational reports and
learnings with the Marketing Manager.
