Role Description The Software Developer & IT Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and internal software tools that support multiple business units. Daily tasks include building and optimizing server-side applications, managing databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system security and reliability.



The person in this role will also oversee IT infrastructure, including network configuration, hardware and software setup, user access management, and regular updates and backups. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in this field.
Candidate can expect 5-6 LPA.
Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
Proficiency in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
Solid Programming skills and hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices.
