As our Delivery Manager - Data, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our Data & Tech function running smoothly—ensuring data requests from across the business are actioned in a timely manner and that data quality and integrity are maintained across our diverse business units.
Based in our Gurgaon office with a flexible hybrid work model, this is an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of the Data Team, working closely with the VP Data & Tech and business units across Accor.



You'll be the go-to person keeping data requests moving—managing incoming work across email, Zendesk, and Asana, keeping stakeholders informed, and helping the team continuously improve how data operations run.

Manage the day-to-day flow of data requests, ensuring they're assigned, actioned, and responded to in a timely manner
Maintain data quality, integrity, and accessibility across business functions
Keep leadership up to date on requests and task progress
