Social Media Manager / Creator

This isn't a scheduling role. We need someone who owns Futurense Uni's entire social presence — strategy,
content, execution, and numbers. You should be as comfortable in front of a camera as you are inside a
spreadsheet. Data drives your decisions, but creativity is how you execute them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
 Own and execute the complete social media strategy for Futurense Uni across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Shorts, and X
 Build a monthly content calendar — planned 2 weeks ahead, always — tied to enrollment cycles and
masterclass launches
 Create content yourself: write captions, shoot short-form videos, appear on camera when needed
 Use data to make decisions: track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance weekly
 Identify trends early and move fast — if something is viral and relevant, you're on it the same day




 Collaborate with the design and video team to brief and execute content that needs production support
 Grow and engage the student and alumni community through social — not just broadcast, but conversation
 Repurpose FLC masterclass content (CXO sessions) into short-form social clips and posts
 Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what you're changing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 3–4 years managing social media for a brand (edtech preferred) OR a B-school fresher with a standout portfolio or personal brand
 Strong writer — captions, scripts, LinkedIn posts, you can do all of it well
 Comfortable on camera — reels, talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes; you don't need to be a performer but you can't be camera-shy
 Data-first mindset — you know your numbers, you can explain why something worked or didn't
 Self-motivated — you don't wait for briefs; you bring ideas and execute them
