Role Description The Global Process Specialist – Record to Report (RTR) is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on standardizing, improving, and governing global RTR processes,



ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across operating companies. Day-to-day activities include analyzing RTR process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting best practices, and supporting implementation of global process designs and policies. The specialist collaborates with finance, shared services, and technology teams to resolve process issues, support system changes, and drive end-to-end process efficiency and compliance. The role also involves preparing process documentation, providing training and guidance to RTR teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and global projects.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, assess process performance, and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Experience in Business Process Improvement, including standardization, documentation, and implementation of best practices
