Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Solar EPC business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving revenue targets across Residential Customers and Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), for solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar EPC sector.
•Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and referrals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, institutional,



and government clients.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Client Management
•Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
•Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Tendering & Proposal Management
•Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
•Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for proposal preparation.
•Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates.
•Participate in bid negotiations and contract finalization.
Market Intelligence
•Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
•Identify emerging opportunities in rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, and government projects.
