Your role

To support sales by booking sales orders in SAP Act, Do regular follow-ups with product companies for timely delivery of equipments to customer, communicate orders status to sales team as well as customer. Follow the process laid by zones and support sales team for backend activities related to sales.

Order Booking:- Receive the order from sales team and dealers through C4C; Book order in SAP Act ; Communicate order acknowledgement to the customer / dealer; Extract updated pending order list from the system and share with sales team periodically; Inform customers on the status of the order periodically -In order to timely communicate and update system entries on orders.




Order Execution:- Prepare standard documentation for order execution and invoicing; Follow-up with the product companies on delivery status of orders and communicate the sales team and customers about the same. Co-ordinate with logistics team for activities related to despatch of the product; Coordinate with customer and credit control team for preparation and despatch of tax related documents; Conduct first level payment follow up with customers through calls; Share proforma invoices to customer for payment collection. Escalate payment delays to sales team members and zonal managers; In order to achieve timely execution of orders
Master Data Creation :-a. Support for material master creation for OFA & OLP divisionfor via Popic/Mact tool and raising tickets to MDM HUBb. Timely review and validation of material master data.c. Support price revision on half yearly basis based upon the inputs shared from the BLM.d. Support for customer master creation for all zones in SAP Act
