As we actively scale our music catalogue and label operations, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Music Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.
Role Overview -
We’re looking for a Music Manager to manage and grow Omjee’s music catalogue, with a strong focus on Punjabi music.
The role will involve identifying the right songs and artists, coordinating music production and releases, planning release strategies, managing existing catalogue, and working closely with our content distribution team to ensure every release is executed effectively across platforms.
Key Responsibilities -
Scout and identify songs, singers,
lyricists, composers & music producers
Plan and coordinate release schedules for singles, albums & other music projects
Build and consistently expand Omjee’s Punjabi music catalogue
Coordinate with the content distribution team for timely delivery and distribution across YouTube, audio streaming platforms & other digital platforms
Manage music metadata, assets, masters and release requirements
Who We’re Looking For -
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Punjabi music industry
Strong understanding of the Punjabi music ecosystem, artists and current trends
Experience managing music releases and coordinating with artists & production teams
Strong network and ability to discover promising new music and talent
Ability to take ownership of multiple releases and ensure timely execution
