Role Overview-
We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Specialist who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.
If you live and breathe reels, ads, and digital content—and can bring concepts to life with
motion—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities-
● Create engaging motion graphics for social media, performance ads, and brand
campaigns
● Translate briefs into compelling visual stories with strong hooks and pacing
● Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to execute campaigns
● Edit videos and enhance them with motion elements, transitions, and sound design
● Adapt content across formats (Reels, YouTube,



ads, etc.)
● Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform-specific content styles
● Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
Requirements
● 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics (agency experience preferred)
● Strong proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
● Solid understanding of animation, typography, and composition
● Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● A solid portfolio showcasing motion and video work
Good to Have
● Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
● Familiarity with AI-based video tools and workflows
● Understanding of performance marketing creatives
