Role Description The Center Incharge is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective patient flow, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance. The Center Incharge coordinates with medical, technical, and administrative teams to manage scheduling, resource utilization, and adherence to protocols.



Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling escalated patient queries, monitoring center performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves supporting outreach initiatives, maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and reporting operational and financial performance to senior management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in center or facility operations management, including staff supervision and workflow coordination.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or related service industries, with familiarity in patient-centric service delivery.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
Proficiency in basic office software and data reporting, with the ability to track performance and implement improvements.
