Location: MIDC Office, Nagpur
Experience: Min. 2-3 Years Civil On-site/Civil Administrative Work

Key Responsibilities
Project planning and scheduling with Project Manager
Preparing Work Orders (WO) & Purchase Orders (PO)
Contractor bill verification
Tracking material procurement, consumption, and billing
Preparing project bar charts
ERP documentation and reporting
BOQ and quantity take-offs
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Visiting project sites for inspections and progress monitoring as required

Required Skills
B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
AutoCAD
Microsoft Excel
ERP Software




Preparation of Work Orders & Purchase Orders
Contractor bill checking
Material tracking and billing
Project planning and bar charts
Basic Canva/Photoshop skills
Understanding of BBS, Shuttering, and Concrete Works

Requirements
Currently residing in Nagpur
Own laptop
Own mode of transport for occasional site visits
Solid communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
