Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, with mandatory experience in Fintech / Financial Services / Lending / Wealthtech.
This is a hands-on engineering role for a hardcore coder who can independently design, build, integrate, debug and scale complex applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API architecture,



API management, writing and consuming APIs, backend systems, databases and modern frontend development.
You will work extensively with Lark's technology stack and use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex as part of your development workflow.
This is not a low-code / no-code or purely supervisory role. We are looking for someone who loves writing code and solving engineering problems.
