Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilites
● Manage Finance & Accounts, month-end closing, AP/AR, GL and reconciliations
● Drive MIS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
● Ensure GST, taxation, ROC and statutory compliance
● Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
● Support financial controls, audits, cost optimisation and process improvements
● Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and commercial support
● Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team
Ideal Candidate:
● 8 - 11 Years over all experience
● CA / CMA with relevant Finance & Accounts experience
● Strong experience in controllership, MIS, taxation, compliance and financial planning
● Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
● Robust Excel / ERP / accounting systems exposure
● Candidates with secure tenure and experience in a multi-entity / multi-location environment will be preferred.
