The Opportunity:
Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all positions across middle east regions (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt) and also US and UK as necessary.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements, competencies, and sourcing strategies.
Source active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri India, Google Search, X Ray Search.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical, specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
Oversee the full recruitment process, from role intake and sourcing through assessment,



offer management and onboarding handover.
Analyze hiring metrics and market data to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire KPIs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, guidelines, and cultural hiring practices across regions.
Adept in Management Internal Approval and Hiring Process.
Have good knowledge of local hiring and Visa processes in Middle east countries.

Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication, consulting and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Ideally someone who is ready to learn new ways of working, ready to evolve and be a positive team player.
