● IT budgets, vendor management & commercial negotiations
● Data, MIS, reporting & technology-enabled business insights

● Team leadership, capability building & IT service excellence
● Stakeholder management across business functions and leadership

Ideal candidate:
● 12–15+ years of relevant IT experience
● 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role
● Experience as Head IT / IT Director / CIO / Senior IT Manager in a mid-sized or large organization
● Strong experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity and digital transformation
● Proven experience in ERP/CRM implementation and technology-led process improvement
● Robust exposure to IT budgeting, vendor management and commercial negotiations
● Experience managing internal teams and multiple technology partners
● Strong business orientation with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
