We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager with 8–18 years of experience to lead product strategy, execution, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pre-sales, ERP/CRM platforms, product management, and enterprise technology, with the ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, and business leadership.
This role requires a strategic product leader who can translate complex customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions, influence product roadmaps, and drive adoption and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise products.
Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business priorities.




Partner closely with pre-sales and sales teams to understand customer requirements, support solution positioning, and participate in enterprise customer discussions and product demonstrations.
Translate customer challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, business cases, and actionable product roadmaps.
Drive product strategy for ERP/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise workflows, integrations, automation, reporting, and customer experience requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, implementation, customer success, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release priorities.
Manage multiple products or product lines, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical customer and business requirements.
