Role Description The Certified Medical Coder at Reliwo is a remote role based in Gurugram. In this position, the coder reviews patient records and clinical documentation to assign accurate codes in alignment with payer and regulatory guidelines. The role involves verifying medical terminology and procedural details, ensuring proper sequencing of codes, and checking for completeness and consistency of records. The coder collaborates with healthcare providers and internal teams to clarify documentation,



resolve coding discrepancies, and support audits and quality checks. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, contributing to process improvements, and supporting accurate billing and reimbursement.

Qualifications
