Responsibilities

General

Technician/Draftsman in concrete reinforcement / formworks:

Able to deliver the reinforcement construction drawings based on global information/intention from our engineers
BACAD and ALLPLAN for the concrete reinforcement drawings and quantities.
Allplan and REVIT for the general drawings.
CADSRC and AUTOCAD Experience:

Required Skills

Agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.
Experience of working on projects of various sizes, independently and as part of a project team
Experience of working on a number of projects across different sectors
Knowledge of both Structural and Architecture outlook disciplines.
Knowledge of working in point cloud and Revit setting inclusive of pre-cast/ Cast in situ working models.
Develop and model building elements using Structural drawings/PDF’s or hand drafts in Revit software.
Should have a good experience in CADSRC, AUTOCAD, Revit,



ALLPLAN,BACAD and 3D Reinforcement modelling and specifications/Bar bending schedules.
Good working knowledge of All Plan, Bacad and Revit with latest versions, able to use all standard functions on the software without requiring support from seniors and coach junior staff in its use
Setting up of Automation activities wherever needed and possible to do so.
Setting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side.
Work with a small team of resources to execute a project.
Assisting CAD/BIM Manager in Estimation and Costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client's inputs.
Swiftly able to switch on to working on various tools for Preparing detail/design drawings for structures depending on priority of works.
Good understanding of working for international offices and standards
Good knowledge of industry standards and international codes
