Job Description:

The Junior Safety Officer will support the implementation of EHS programs to ensure a protected, healthy, and compliant workplace across manufacturing, R&D;, warehouse, and office operations. The role includes conducting safety inspections, promoting safe work practices, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
Ensure compliance with PPE, 5S, and safety procedures.
Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and CAPA implementation.
Support risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and safety audits.
Conduct employee safety inductions and toolbox talks.
Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety.
Ensure safe handling of lithium batteries, chemicals, and electrical equipment.
Maintain EHS records, reports, and statutory documentation.




Support compliance with ISO 45001 and applicable safety regulations.
Prepare and share MIS reports as required.

Qualifications :

Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics (Freshers with safety qualifications may also apply).
Knowledge of Factory Act, ISO 45001, HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, and MS Office is preferred.
