Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Design & Engineering Engineer (Mechanical) to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for product design, engineering development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with technical and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze technical specifications, project requirements, and design inputs received from internal stakeholders.
2. Develop product concepts, engineering layouts, and detailed designs based on project requirements.
3. Prepare and review 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
4. Perform engineering calculations, design validation, and feasibility studies.
5. Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize design for cost, manufacturability, and performance.
6. Participate in prototype development, assembly, testing,



and design verification activities.
7. Provide technical support during manufacturing, inspection, testing, and field trials.
8. Identify design improvements and implement corrective actions based on test results and operational feedback.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
10. Maintain and update engineering documents, design records, and revision-controlled data.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project management for timely project execution.
12. Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and engineering processes.
