We’re looking for a high-agency, data-obsessed acquisition leader to take end-to-end ownership of our lead generation and conversion engine. As Director – Performance Marketing & Acquisition, you’ll lead the integrated growth stack across paid marketing, organic funnels, offline initiatives, and partnerships. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, set the north-star metrics, and drive experiments to scale top-of-funnel and improve lead quality across AssetPlus Academy and other Strategic Initiatives.

This role demands a unique blend of analytical rigor, team management, campaign creativity, and funnel thinking — and is critical to delivering our goal of creating and onboarding recent MFDs to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own and scale all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other platform). Drive monthly campaign planning, cohort-based experimentation, creative testing, and channel expansion.

Growth Funnel Ownership




Track and optimize the full marketing-to-empanelment funnel in close sync with the Business Acquisition team. Define ICPs, improve lead scoring, and drive handover and velocity between marketing and sales teams.

Partnerships & Offline Channel Expansion
Oversee the national referral partner program. Align messaging, incentives, and CRM attribution with the partnerships team. Explore new acquisition flywheels through training partners, influencers, and affiliate models.

Creative + Analytics Balance
Lead the development of high-performing creatives, videos, and ad formats while building strong dashboards, reporting rhythms, and data-led decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal design/content teams.

Team Management & Collaboration
Manage a multi-layered team spanning performance marketing, growth operations, and partnerships. Coach team leads, track KPIs, and drive accountability.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
Own the performance marketing budget. Drive cost
