Role Description The Executive Producer is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing projects from concept through delivery. This role involves guiding the creative direction, securing and managing budgets, and coordinating with directors, writers, cast, and crew to keep productions on schedule and within scope. The Executive Producer will manage key stakeholder relationships, negotiate contracts, and align marketing and distribution plans with project goals. Daily tasks include reviewing scripts and pitches, approving production plans,



monitoring progress and risks, and making informed decisions to ensure both creative and commercial success. The role also requires mentoring production teams, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and representing the company in industry forums and business development activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Producer or senior production lead in film, television, or digital media, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, contract negotiation, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective and compliant productions.
Ability to oversee scripting, development, and creative review processes, collaborating effectively with writers, directors, and other creative talent.
Skills in project and people management, including scheduling, resource planning, leadership, and cross-functional
