About the Role
We are looking for a confident, articulate and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive school partnerships and expand our presence across Hyderabad.
The role will primarily involve on-ground school visits, identifying potential schools, building relationships with school management, presenting our services and converting schools into long-term clients.
Our organization provides integrated school mental health and allied support services, including:
School Psychologists
Special Educators
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Physiotherapists (PT)
Speech Therapists
Behavioural Therapists
Other allied mental health and developmental support services
Key Responsibilities




Identify and prospect potential schools across Hyderabad.
Conduct daily on-ground visits to schools and generate new business opportunities.
Connect with school principals, management, HR/admin teams, coordinators and other key decision-makers.
Understand school requirements and effectively present our mental health and allied therapy services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, references and other business development channels.
Conduct presentations and service discussions with prospective schools.
Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into partnerships.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly school acquisition targets.
Represent the organization professionally during all school visits and meetings.
Conduct market mapping to identify current school opportunities across Hyderabad.
