Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will document interactions, track recurring problems, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate solutions and continuous improvement in customer experience.



Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues related to services, guiding customers through processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes updating knowledge on company offerings, following established support procedures, and contributing suggestions to improve support workflows.
