Position: Project Manager – Sr. CMC (Construction Management & Project Management Consultancy)

Reporting To : CMC Head / CMC Project Coordinator
Job Purpose
To lead and manage project execution activities on behalf of the Client/PMC, ensuring timely completion of projects within approved quality, safety, cost, and schedule parameters. The role involves coordinating contractors, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, statutory regulations, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Team Management
Establish and manage the site project team comprising Site Engineers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, and other project personnel.
Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to the site team for effective execution and monitoring of project activities.
Define responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure proper coordination among all project stakeholders.




Ensure adequate resource deployment to meet project objectives and milestones.
B. Project Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
Prepare detailed project schedules in coordination with contractors for Civil, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and associated works.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays and risks.
Conduct regular progress reviews with contractors and consultants and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Track critical milestones and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies in case of schedule slippages.
C. Contract Administration & Scope Management
Study and interpret tender documents, contracts, specifications, drawings, and agreement clauses.
Ensure execution of works strictly in accordance with contract documents and approved project requirements.
