Education:
MBA (Finance, Marketing, Operations) preferred
BBA, B.Com, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent graduates with strong analytical skills are also welcome

Role Overview
As an Associate – Business Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our lending and partner operations. You will work closely with banks, internal business teams, finance,



and operations to drive collections, resolve operational bottlenecks, maintain business reports, and strengthen partner relationships.
This is an execution-focused role offering significant ownership and exposure to the fintech and banking ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesBanking & Partner Coordination
Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and branch teams.
Visit partner banks regularly to coordinate on operational matters, invoice reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues with banking partners.
Collections & Receivables Management
Track outstanding invoices and receivables across banking partners.
Follow up with banks to facilitate timely payout releases.
Coordinate with finance and business teams to resolve payment-related discrepancies.
Monitor receivable ageing and support initiatives to improve collection efficiency
