Senior Associate - Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile, technically proficient, and result-oriented Senior Associate - Sales to expand our market presence and drive engineering-led sales. The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of successful B2B technical sales experience within capital equipment, process machinery manufacturing, air pollution control, or industrial filtration. This role requires a consultative technical mindset capable of deep-diving into complex client process environments, identifying specific filtration needs, and proposing tailored premium engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Growth: Actively identify, build pipelines, and capture new market opportunities across strategic process industries, including Chemical Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Grain Production, Battery Production, Additive Manufacturing, Metals, Minerals, Ceramics, and Cement.

• Technical Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed on-site technical audits, mapping client plants to analyze dust characteristics, requirements,



and process emissions challenges. Pitch custom-engineered solutions tailored to clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share and develop new customer segments.

• Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively communicate and articulate the superior long-term ROI and technical metrics of technology. Develop and execute marketing strategies and participate in exhibitions and trade shows

• Proposal Design & Estimation: Collaborate closely with internal application engineering and design teams to frame optimal system layouts, technical specifications, and accurate costing structures. Craft comprehensive technical bids and commercial proposals.

• Negotiation & Closing: Own the entire CAPEX sales cycle from inquiry generation, techno-commercial alignment, and executive presentations through to high-value contract negotiations and order finalization.
