Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pizza Maker role based in Mumbai. The Pizza Maker will prepare and cook pizzas to brand standards, including dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and plating.



Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation, following hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and ensuring proper stock rotation and ingredient storage. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen team, managing order tickets, and supporting peak service times to deliver timely, high-quality products. The Pizza Maker will also interact with service staff and, when needed, guests to support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with experience in pizza or bakery-style production preferred.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic kitchen processes, hygiene standards, and safe food handling.
Customer Service and Communication skills to work effectively with team members and support a welcoming guest experience.
Prior experience in a restaurant, QSR, or commercial kitchen setting is an advantage.
