Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Design Engineer role based in Chennai. The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for post-tensioned and conventional structures, preparing calculation reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed structural drawings, coordinating with CAD technicians, reviewing design documentation, and supporting project teams in delivering safe and efficient solutions.



The role involves close collaboration with project managers and site teams to address design-related queries, optimize structural systems, and contribute to cost-effective engineering solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Civil Engineering.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD.
Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS codes, international standards for concrete and post-tensioned structures).
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in structural design work.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred.
