Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Admission Counselor role based at the Tathawade campus.
Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, and explaining academic programs and school policies.
Manage admission forms and documentation, coordinate entrance assessments or interviews, and maintain accurate records of inquiries and enrollments.




Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students, support outreach activities, and help meet enrollment targets.
Regular interaction with parents, students, and external stakeholders is expected, along with adherence to school standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide timely, respectful, and helpful support throughout the admissions process.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to nurture leads, present school offerings clearly, and support achievement of enrollment goals.
Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, preferably in school or academic counseling settings.
