Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Coimbatore. The specialist will identify and pursue current business opportunities, manage inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed event bookings. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining strong follow-up to close sales.



The role involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives, managing promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the operations and décor teams to ensure client expectations are met. Daily tasks also include maintaining customer records, monitoring market trends, supporting branding activities, and representing Osai Events at client meetings and local events.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, negotiate, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
Experience with Training to guide junior team members or sales staff on processes, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles, local market dynamics, and event industry trends.
