Role Description The Graphic Design Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for leading the overall visual identity of Home Wear across print, digital, and in-store materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating and overseeing graphic design projects, developing branding and packaging concepts, and ensuring visual consistency across campaigns and product lines. The Graphic Design Manager will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store teams to produce promotional materials, lookbooks, social media graphics, and signage. The role also involves managing design workflows,



guiding junior designers, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for multiple formats.
Proficiency in Visual Communication, ensuring explicit and engaging messaging through design.
Experience in Packaging Design, including layout, materials, and brand alignment.
Demonstrated expertise in Branding, with a track record of developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
Experience managing design projects, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
