Role Description As a Senior Performance Marketer at NvaraMedia, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth for client brands. You will be responsible for developing data-backed media strategies, managing budgets, setting clear KPIs, and continuously testing creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROI and customer acquisition costs.



You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, integrate influencer and paid efforts, and present performance insights and recommendations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular in-person collaboration and ownership of key growth accounts.
Qualifications
Strong experience in performance marketing across channels such as paid social, search, display, and remarketing, with a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI.
Hands-on expertise with key advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, attribution tools, and marketing automation systems).
Ability to design and optimize full-funnel growth strategies, including audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, and retention campaigns.
