About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying and engaging potential clients through multiple outbound channels, building qualified sales pipelines, and supporting business development initiatives.
You will play a key role in generating high-quality leads, booking meetings for the sales team, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential prospects across target industries.
Generate qualified leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other prospecting platforms.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
Schedule relevant meetings and demos for leadership .
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
