Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly adaptable IT & Cybersecurity Support Engineer based in India. This is a true hybrid role: you will be the first line of defense for our organization's cybersecurity infrastructure, while also serving as the go-to person for day-to-day technical assistanc
e.We need a security-minded skilled who is perfectly comfortable architecting an Entra ID conditional access policy one minute and helping a user troubleshoot a laptop issue or install an application the next. Key Responsibilities:

?️ Hands-On IT Support & Daily Operations
Helpdesk & Troubleshooting: Provide immediate, hands-on support for everyday IT requests, including troubleshooting laptop hardware/software issues and resolving network connectivity problems.
Application Management: Assist users with installing, configuring, and updating standard business applications and specialized software.
Meeting & Collaboration Support:



Ensure smooth virtual collaboration by setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing tools, and assisting with meeting logistics (including leveraging AI tools for meeting summaries.
Device Enrollment: Manage remote device setups, enforce BYOD compliance, and troubleshoot network restrictions using Microsoft Intune.
Lifecycle Management: Handle technical onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure account provisioning and immediate access revocation.

? Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security
Threat & Identity Management: Configure and enforce strict Conditional Access policies and oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Incident Response: Rapidly investigate suspected account compromises, trace audit logs, and deploy immediate anti-phishing safeguards.
Data Protection: Manage Microsoft Purview for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data retention policies.
Authentication Rollouts: Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of
