Role Overview:-
We are looking for a results-oriented Manager – Sales (Admissions) to lead a team of Admissions Counsellors and drive enrolments across NST's undergraduate programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales leadership, thrives in a high-growth environment, and has a strong track record of managing teams, improving conversions, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:-
Sales & Revenue
* Own admissions and revenue targets for the assigned team.
* Drive end-to-end conversion across the admissions funnel—from enquiry to enrolment.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates through structured sales processes.




* Monitor pipeline health and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admissions Counsellors to consistently achieve targets.
* Conduct regular coaching, call audits, role plays, and performance reviews.
* Track individual productivity and implement action plans to improve performance.
* Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Performance Management
* Define and monitor key sales KPIs including conversions, revenue, productivity, and response time.
* Conduct daily huddles and weekly business reviews to drive accountability.
* Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to admissions SOPs.
Student Experience
* Ensure every prospective student receives a professional, consultative, and personalized counselling experience.
* Resolve escalations and support counsellors in handling complex student queries.
* Maintain high standards of communication
