Job Summary:
We are looking for a Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities, drive quality engineering initiatives, and establish AI-enabled testing practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test strategy, test planning, defect management, test automation, and team leadership. Experience in managing testing for Agile and DevOps projects is essential.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead test planning, execution, reporting, release sign-off, and quality governance.
Strong understanding of Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, API, and Performance Testing.
Hands-on experience in automation framework design and implementation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG/JUnit, Postman, or similar tools.
Expertise in requirement analysis, test case design, defect lifecycle management, test metrics, and stakeholder reporting. [
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.




Positive knowledge of SQL, database testing, API testing, and test management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or Azure AI to improve testing efficiency.
Ability to apply AI for test case generation, test data creation, automation script generation, defect prediction, regression optimization, risk-based testing, and quality analytics.
Champion AI-first Quality Engineering practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science with ISTQB, Automation Testing, or AI-related certifications being an added advantage.
Experience in enterprise application testing and modern quality engineering practices preferred.
