We're looking for an engineer with real hands-on experience in AI/LLM-powered test automation, not just using ChatGPT or Copilot for coding help.
Robust Python + hands-on Playwright
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
Hands-on work with Claude Skills & Agents (or equivalent LLM agent frameworks)
Prompt engineering & skill/context design — including turning user stories into structured test cases
Self-healing automation + validating LLM-generated code and test cases for accuracy
CI/CD with GitHub & TeamCity, strong Git and code-review workflows
Ownership of test strategy, estimation, planning, and execution
Able to independently explain technical concepts and AI-driven solutions.
