Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and demos. The specialist will conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.



Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of potential clients, presenting product value propositions, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting customer onboarding in coordination with the customer service team. The role also includes building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and providing feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and improve go-to-market approaches.
