Role Description The Technical Officer Engg. (Honorary) is a volunteer, remote role focused on supporting the technical and operational aspects of Finessefleet Foundation’s educational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include providing technical support for online learning platforms, troubleshooting user issues,



and helping maintain digital infrastructure used by students and educators. The role may involve coordinating with program teams to ensure that learning tools and systems run smoothly, documenting technical processes, and recommending improvements to enhance user experience and reliability. The Technical Officer Engg. (Honorary) may also assist in data collection and analysis related to platform performance and learner engagement, while collaborating with other volunteers and staff to support the foundation’s mission.
