Senior Sales Executive - Hoteliers Only / Luxury Events

Candidates Reuirements -

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel, five-star hotel or premium hospitality company.
Candidates must have experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, wedding sales, event sales, room sales or guest relations.
Experience dealing with HNI clients, wedding families, corporate clients or premium customers is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident speaking with senior family members and high-value clients.
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Comfortable working with targets and taking complete ownership of leads.
Proficient in skilled email drafting, WhatsApp communication and CRM updates.
Must be presentable, mature, persuasive and commercially aware.




Candidates should be comfortable working during occasional weekends based on client consultation requirements.

Preferred Background -

Candidates currently or previously associated with brands such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, Leela, Roseate, Radisson, IHG, Anantara or similar premium hospitality companies will be preferred.

Applications without relevant hotel or hospitality experience will not be considered.

This is not a telecalling or cold-calling position.
We need someone who understands luxury hospitality, can build trust with discerning families and can confidently guide a serious wedding enquiry toward a consultation and confirmed booking.

Contact and qualify incoming wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails and virtual meetings.
Understand the client’s wedding destination, guest count, budget, preferences and decision-making timeline.
